Manufacturer's Warranty

Load Trail, Ltd. warrants that it's product to the original purchaser will be free of defect for a period of (1) year, providing that the following conditions are met and satisfied. A copy of the warranty must be signed and acknowledged by the dealer and the purchaser. The warranty copy must be returned to the above address by the authorized Load Trail,Inc dealer. The copy, signed by the dealer and the purchaser, must be postmarked no later than (10) days following the purchase of the trailer.
 

WARRANTY COVERAGE
This (1) year warranty covers the main frame, ramps, crossmembers, railings, and sub-frame only. Trailer or trailer parts will not be replaced do to normal wear and tear. These normal wear items include but are not limited to: flooring, paint, brake lining, bearings, and hoses. All auxiliary parts such as brakes, couplers, axles, jacks, wheels, bearings, tires, suspension, lights, hydraulic dump cylinder, and controls are covered by the warranty of their manufacturer.
 

LIMITATIONS
The sole responsibility of Load Trail, Ltd. under this limited warranty shall be to repair and replace parts at the Load Trail, Ltd. factory or, for a reasonable allowance, at another place and prepared in writing by Load Trail, Ltd. All other obligations or liabilities, including incidental or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any parts to operate properly, are hereby excluded, including but not limited to any damages resulting from loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss or any other type of damages, general or specific, foreseen or unforeseen, unless applicable state law provides other-wise.
 

WARRANTY VOID
Load Trail, Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by accident, negligence, abuse, misapplication, or misuse of a trailer or
any of its component parts. Loading in excess of gross vehicle load ratings stated on the certificate plate will invalidate any an all warranties. Any modifications, alternations, or repair to any product, manufactured by Load Trail, Ltd. without Load Trail, Ltd.
prior knowledge and consent will void manufacturer's warranty.
 

TRANSPORTATION COSTS EXCLUDED
Transportation of any trailer to and/or from your dealer or an approved repair facility shall be the responsibility of the trailer owner. Load Trail, Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any such costs.
 

DISCLAIMERS
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. Load Trail, Ltd., makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to Load Trail Trailers , whether as to merchantability, fitness for a partic- ular purpose or any other matter. No one, including an, authorized Load Trail dealer, is authorized to make further or additional warranties on behalf of Load Trail, Ltd.
 

DEALER RESPONSIBILITIES
The dealer is responsible for submitting to the manufacturer any claim you wish to make under the terms of this Limited
Warranty.
 

REQUIRED WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
 

  1. In order to validate this Limited Warranty, your trailer must be registered no later than ten(10) days following the purchase of your Load Trail trailer, via fax, mail, or on-line at www.loadtrail.com

  2. Within five (5) days after discovering a problem with your Load Trail trailer, return your trailer for inspection to your
    Load Trail dealer where you bought your trailer.

  3. If your dealer cannot repair the problem free of charge and you want to file a claim under this Warranty, your local dealer must send to Load Trail, Ltd. by registered letter or fax a limited warranty claim form, together with all required information, within ten (10) days of your discovery of the defect.

  4. Load Trail, Ltd. will acknowledge such receipt of warranty claim by mail, fax or e-mail from a Load Trail, Ltd. authorized dealer or claimant. Load Trail Ltd. will respond as soon as possible.

  5. Any defective parts(s) must be sent by prepaid freight to Load Trail, Ltd. in order to qualify the claimant for replacement or reimbursement under this limited warranty. ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO LOAD TRAIL, Ltd. WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF APPROVAL TO QUALIFY FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

  6. Load Trail, Ltd. will not reimburse any claimant for any adjustment or repair of a Load Trail trailer without written approval by Load Trail, Ltd.

  7. Load Trail, Ltd. reserves the right to not pay unreasonable costs for replacement or repair of defects in Load Trail trailers and may, at it’s discretion, establish reasonable reimbursement for any authorized work performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty.

  8. When required, photos of defective part(s) or the actual part(s) may have to accompany the warranty approval before payment can or will be made.

  9. LOAD TRAIL, Ltd. MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND THERE ARE NO
    OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
